Steps to ordering department signage

Only approved department titles may be used.

To order, please complete the following steps;

1.  Download the Department Signage Order Form from by clicking the below blue button.

2.  Secure a floor plan of your pharmacy with wall* and gondola layout, or draw your own floor plan.

3.  In conjunction with Capital Chemist Head Office, place the appropriate title in the correct position on your floor plan (the order form title numbers can be used if space is an issue).

4. Complete the order form by listing the total number for each title and colour option.

5.  Submit your floor plan and the order form to cc@freshcreative.net.au.

6.  A Fresh Creative representative will be in touch with the next steps.
